Matt and I have both been very busy, and apologize to those of you who keep coming back to the site to check out what is available.  Well, I have some good news... more eggs have been laid, and more eggs have hatched.

So far we have had a mixture of eggs hatch which include: snows, amelanistics (some motley, some het for lavendar and hypomelanism), some normals (het for various traits), candycanes, and some amazing champagne snows.  Of course we have some which we will be keeping as hold-backs to improve our bloodlines, but we still have some amazing snakes to share with you this year.  Since we are just getting everyone started on food, we will slowly add snakes for sale as they become decent eaters.  First to get listed will likely be the champagne snows or the candycanes.  So keep your eyes peeled on the menu, as we will have a separate page for the stock as we list it.  This is a very exciting time.

Additionally, there is the potential for about six more clutches to be laid which would include lavendars, opals, and possibly pied sided!  We'll keep you updated.

Well, last night after coming home from work (my day job), I peeked into the snake room.  I noticed one of my snakes did not eat the mouse given it the night before, so I check in and... sure enough there she was laying eggs.  I haven't counted them yet, but it is still pretty exciting that we have our females starting to lay.  This particular female is a champagne snow.  Her mate was also a champagne snow, but he has some interesting properties to him and I'm wondering if it is a new gene.  We shall see.  When I get photos, I'll post them.

Well, as you might imagine, water valves aren't related to corn snakes directly.  But they are directly related to keeping rodents.  And keep rodents we do!  How else are you going to grow your corn collection?  Frozen mice get expensive if you have any number of snakes... so like most of us you end up "growing your own."
